I had a hell of a headache today. Plans flew out the window and I made an emergency trip to the chiro, kids in tow. Interaction was minimal, I just tried to hold the home-front together.
But I’m throwing guilt out the window and I want to hear from you. I want others to hear from you so they know they are not alone.
